TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Duration

Rental is granted for the duration determined in the contract, unless conventional extension granted by the rental company.
In the absence of return, at the agreed deadline, the latter reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the driver expense
 
 
Driver profile and age
 
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
There is no maximum age.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
 

Refundable security deposit

The company will hold a deposit of 20000.00 MAD on your card when you pick up the car.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment :

-cash en euro/MAD is accepted 

-credit card: visa,mastercard.

*Please note:
An additional 5EUR fee will be charged for Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit cards. If paying with Cash, a credit card is required for the deposit.

 
Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before your pick-up time, unlimited Mileage,  Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: 20000.00 MAD), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.

    You'll have to pay at most the deductible if the car's bodywork is damaged (other parts of the car aren't covered).

          Property damage limit: MAD 10,508,006.21
          Mandatory coverage for injuries and damage you may cause to others while driving the car.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
 
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
