The renter must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle in any category.
The driver must hold a valid driving licence issued at least one year before the start of the rental.
The minimum rental period is two days (48 hours). After 48 hours, an additional day is charged depending on the season in which the rental takes place.
No refund is provided if the vehicle is returned before the date and time specified in the signed rental agreement. The renter remains responsible for payment for the full rental period originally agreed.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. No refund is provided for additional fuel. If the fuel level is lower, the renter will be charged according to the vehicle category and current fuel prices.
Reservations are made for a vehicle category, rather than a specific vehicle model.
Unlimited mileage and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) are included in the rental price. CDW reduces the driver's liability for damage to the vehicle's bodywork. The remaining liability, known as the excess, depends on the vehicle category and is stated in the reservation.
Depending on the protection selected, the excess may be reduced further or reduced to zero by paying the applicable additional fee.
Insurance coverage does not apply when the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances, or when an accident results from a violation of Moroccan law.
Insurance does not cover damage occurring off-road, damage to the underside of the vehicle, or tyre damage. Damage to tyres caused by misuse or an accident is the renter's responsibility.
The renter must immediately notify the police and the rental company and provide a full account of the incident.
At collection, the renter must inspect the vehicle and ensure that a company employee records any existing damage in the rental agreement. By signing the agreement, the renter confirms the vehicle's condition as recorded.
The vehicle must be returned with all official documents, tools and accompanying accessories, in the same condition as supplied, at the date, time and location specified in the rental agreement. Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in compensation payable to the rental company.
The lessor company reserves the right to recapture possession and use of the rental car at any time with no previous warning and without the renter’s consent, but at his expenses, from whatever location and by whatever means, in case in the company’s judgement there is potential risk of damage or loss of the car, as well as a risk of not collecting compensation for use and every other compensation owed to the lessor company.
The renter must take care of the vehicle, maintain it in good condition and check its mechanical condition, oil and water levels, and tyres to ensure safe driving. Neither the renter nor any third party may carry out repairs without the rental company's prior authorisation.
The renter is fully responsible for traffic fines and other administrative penalties.
The vehicle must not be subleased, used to transport people or goods for payment, used for towing or hauling vehicles or other materials, used to participate in or follow racing activities, used to transport illegal materials, or used for any purpose contrary to Moroccan law.
Only the renter and additional drivers named in the rental agreement may use or drive the vehicle.
Cross-border travel is not permitted. The vehicle must remain within Morocco.
