car rental conditions in Dakhla

 Duration:
The rental is granted for the period specified in the contract, unless an extension is agreed upon by the rental company.
If the vehicle is not returned by the agreed-upon deadline, the rental company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle wherever it may be, at the driver's expense.

Driver Profile and Age:
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21.
There is no maximum age.
The driver's license must have been issued by the competent authorities at least one year prior to the rental start date.
the customer must present the following documents:
1. valid driver's license,
2. credit card in the name of the primary driver,
3. passport or national identity card.

Refundable Security Deposit:
The company will hold a deposit on your card when you pick up the car.
-the security deposit will be held on the customer's credit card and released within 30 days of the return.

 

 

Payment:
- Cash in Euros/MAD is accepted.
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard.

The rate includes:
-Unlimited mileage,
-Super Collision Damage Waiver,
-Theft Protection,
-Roadside Assistance,
-Third-Party Liability Insurance (TPL),
-Airport surcharge, road tax, state tax.

Super Collision damage waiver:
-Third-party liability (TPL)
-Bodily injury limit: MAD 10,508,006.21
-Property damage limit: MAD 10,508,006.21

Not Included in Super Collision Damage Waiver:
-TRAFFIC Violations.
-Any other charges (Charges for towing, lost keys, rental company’s lost profits while the car’s being repaired, etc.).

Fuel policy:
-Same to same
"The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel."
